The languages that stand out in Muş

In the economy of Muş it is agriculture, livestock farming and sugar beet that stand out. That profile also shapes which languages and which types of document the translation requests from the province concentrate on.

The prices below are starting per-page rates on economy delivery; the tariff is the same for every language and does not change from one province to another.

Official certifications

Notarisation and apostille in Muş

If we are handling the certification, you need not visit any office in Muş at all. If you would still like to know where each step is completed:

Notarisation

The sworn translator's signature is certified by a notary. The fee is governed by the 2026 Notary Fee Tariff, is the same throughout Türkiye, and is a separate item from the agency's charge.

Apostille — administrative documents

For administrative documents such as civil registry extracts, diplomas and criminal record certificates, the apostille is issued by the Governor's Office of Muş (or by district governor's offices in the districts).

Apostille — judicial documents

For judicial documents such as court judgments, the apostille is issued by the judicial justice commission in centres that have a serious crime court. Not every province has one; where it does not, the matter goes to the centre it is attached to.

Source for the notary fee: Official Gazette 30.12.2025 / 33123 — the official announcement. For the current list of notaries, see the Union of Turkish Notaries.

What farming on the plain needs in machinery and contracts

The economy of Muş is shaped by its broad arable land and by the crop and livestock production that rests on it. This structure generates demand for translation from an unexpected quarter: the import of machinery and equipment. The combine harvester, irrigation system, feed mixing unit or cooling tank used in large-scale farming is mostly of foreign origin, and it arrives with an operating manual, a warranty document, a declaration of conformity and a spare parts list. Some of these papers need translating at the point of purchase, others during breakdowns and warranty claims. The second vein is the contracts of the trade in agricultural produce, and the third the personal paperwork of people working abroad or planning to.

The files that come from Muş

On the equipment side we receive operating and maintenance manuals, declarations of conformity, warranty terms, service agreements and spare parts lists. Consistent use of part names and model codes is critical in these texts: the technician on site has to see the same name every time. On the agriculture and food side there are sale contracts, analysis reports and support application files. On the personal side, civil registry records, marriage certificates, criminal record certificates, diplomas and professional qualification certificates, and visa files make up a steady flow. A good part of these are tied to applications for work permits abroad.

Why Kurdish and Arabic stand out in this province

Kurdish is one of the widespread languages of everyday communication in the province; texts are asked for in it for promotional material, for correspondence with cooperatives and producers’ associations, and for information documents. Arabic has its source in the commercial network: the region’s trade in agricultural produce works hand in hand with the distribution channels of the provinces to the south, and the buyers who open on to the Middle Eastern markets along that line want the certificates and contracts in Arabic. To this are added the school, civil registry and residence papers of families settled in the region. Equipment documentation, by contrast, arrives mainly in English or in the language of the manufacturing country, so the source language can vary from file to file. You can see which languages we work in, and the rates, on the languages page.

The rules we apply on equipment documents:

  • Model and part codes are never translated under any circumstances; they are left exactly as they are.
  • Safety warnings are not shortened; the emphasis of the source text is preserved.
  • Units of measurement are not converted; where necessary the equivalent is added in brackets.
  • A single Turkish equivalent is used for the same part throughout the file.

For businesses running the same equipment

Businesses of a similar size in Muş often run equipment of the same make and model. That brings a concrete advantage on the translation side: the part and term equivalents we establish once can be used again in the same manufacturer’s other manuals and in service correspondence. The time taken comes down, and the technician on site sees the same naming in every document. The same approach holds for producers’ associations and cooperatives; once the contract and application templates they share have been properly translated, only the fields that change need updating in later files. On repeat work this makes a difference to the fee as well.

Without setting off, without missing the season

In farming, timing is everything: the warranty file for a machine cannot be left waiting through sowing or harvest. That is why we run the process entirely remotely. You upload the document from wherever you are, the fee and the delivery date appear at once, the sworn signature and, where required, notarisation are completed at our office in Ankara Kızılay, the electronically signed copy reaches your inbox the same day, and the wet-signed copy is delivered to your address by courier. We have no branch in Muş. You can begin by uploading your file to the quote form and settle which service you need on the services page. There is usually no need to have a thick manual translated in full; when we work out together which sections will genuinely be used, both the fee and the delivery time come down markedly.
