Process and delivery

How long does the translation take?

Standard documents are usually delivered within 1–2 business days; you see your estimated delivery date the moment you upload. Choose economy delivery for a lower price or standard for speed.

How do I send my document and receive the translation?

Just upload a PDF or a photo — no need to visit the office. Delivery is instant as an e-document, or by courier anywhere in Türkiye.

Do I need to send the original document?

No — a clear scan or photo is enough for the translation. For some notarised procedures the notary may ask for the original or a certified copy; we tell you upfront if that applies.

Which file formats do you accept?

You can upload PDFs on the quote screen, several files at once. If you have a photo or another format, send it via WhatsApp or e-mail and we will prepare the file.

How much faster is express delivery?

With express delivery the estimated turnaround is halved and the surcharge stated in the tariff is added. The exact date appears on the quote screen once your document is uploaded, accounting for page count, working hours and public holidays.

What does economy delivery mean?

Economy delivery applies a discounted unit price in exchange for a longer scheduled turnaround. Quality and certification level are unchanged — only the delivery time is longer.

I am outside Ankara — how does it work?

Our office is in Kızılay, Ankara, and we have no branches elsewhere; the process runs entirely remotely. You upload online, notary and apostille steps are completed in Ankara, the e-signed copy reaches you by e-mail and the wet-signed original by courier.

How is the delivery date calculated?

The date is calculated from page count, language pair, the delivery speed you choose and the working calendar (office hours, weekends and public holidays). The date shown on the quote screen therefore reflects the calendar in force at that moment.

Certification and official procedures

Are notarization and apostille included?

Translations are delivered signed and stamped by a sworn translator; if notarization and apostille are required, we handle the whole process in Ankara on your behalf.

Are the translations accepted by official institutions?

Yes. Translations are produced by sworn translators registered with a notary and carry signature and seal; they are valid before consulates, universities, banks and courts. If the institution requires notarization or an apostille, we complete those steps on your behalf.

What is the difference between sworn and notarised translation?

A sworn translation carries the sworn translator's signature and seal. In a notarised translation that signature is additionally certified by a notary, with the official notary fee added. The institution requesting the document decides which is needed.

What is an apostille and do I need one?

An apostille is an international certification issued under the Hague Convention so that an official document is recognised abroad. Whether you need one depends on the receiving country and institution; for non-Hague countries consular legalisation applies instead.

Do you handle the apostille process?

Yes — where required we handle the apostille and notary steps in Ankara on your behalf. No fee is charged for the apostille itself at governorships; certain documents can also be apostilled online via e-Devlet.

How many certified copies can I get?

Any number of copies can be prepared. In notarised work each copy is a separate transaction, so the notary line grows with the number of copies; tell us how many institutions you will apply to and we prepare them in one go.

Do you set the notary fee?

No. Notary fees are set by the official tariff published annually in the Official Gazette, are identical nationwide and are not our revenue. No discount can be given on this item; it appears as a separate line in your quote.

Price and payment

How is the price calculated?

The system automatically counts pages and characters; the fee is EUR-based and converted to TRY at the daily TCMB rate. 20% VAT is added only at checkout.

How are discounts applied?

No coupon needed — discounts are automatic. Time-window discounts and the volume discount starting from 8 pages are applied automatically at the quote screen and shown as separate line items.

What counts as one page?

One page equals 1,000 characters excluding spaces. Character counting is automatic when you upload; documents shorter than one page are billed as one page.

How do I pay?

After approving the quote, payment is made by bank transfer. Amounts are calculated in EUR and collected in TRY at the current central-bank rate; 20% VAT is added at the payment step and shown separately on the invoice.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. An official invoice is issued within the statutory period after payment. For corporate orders, enter your company name and tax details at the order step.

Languages and scope

Which languages do you work in?

Our tariff covers 55 languages: all official EU languages plus widely requested ones such as Russian, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Current per-page rates for every language are listed on the Prices page.

Do you translate between two foreign languages?

Yes. We translate directly between two foreign languages without routing through Turkish. All directions we offer, each with its per-page rate and estimated turnaround, are listed on the Language Pairs page.

Confidentiality and quality

Are my documents kept confidential?

Yes. Uploaded documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to the team working on the translation. Personal data is processed under Turkish data-protection law and deleted on request once the work is complete.

What if there is an error in the translation?

Every translation is reviewed by a second specialist. If you still find an error or omission, tell us and we correct it free of charge. After notarisation any change means redoing the procedure, so we recommend completing your review before that step.

Are the translations machine-generated?

No. Official document translations are produced by sworn translators and reviewed by a second specialist. Machine-translation post-editing (MTPE) is offered as a separate service and only applied when the client explicitly requests it.
