The languages that stand out in Isparta
In the economy of Isparta it is rose products, fruit growing and its standing as a university city that stand out. That profile also shapes which languages and which types of document the translation requests from the province concentrate on.
The prices below are starting per-page rates on economy delivery; the tariff is the same for every language and does not change from one province to another.

Notarisation and apostille in Isparta
If we are handling the certification, you need not visit any office in Isparta at all. If you would still like to know where each step is completed:
Notarisation
The sworn translator's signature is certified by a notary. The fee is governed by the 2026 Notary Fee Tariff, is the same throughout Türkiye, and is a separate item from the agency's charge.
Apostille — administrative documents
For administrative documents such as civil registry extracts, diplomas and criminal record certificates, the apostille is issued by the Governor's Office of Isparta (or by district governor's offices in the districts).
Apostille — judicial documents
For judicial documents such as court judgments, the apostille is issued by the judicial justice commission in centres that have a serious crime court. Not every province has one; where it does not, the matter goes to the centre it is attached to.
Source for the notary fee: Official Gazette 30.12.2025 / 33123 — the official announcement. For the current list of notaries, see the Union of Turkish Notaries.
Isparta’s need for translation springs from an unusual quarter: the cosmetics and essential oil industry. Getting rose products to the world market is subject to a documentary regime that differs from the one governing food exports, and a stricter one. Add the academic movement of a university town to that, and the files coming from the province fall into two clear groups.
What the two groups have in common is that both are highly formalistic. In a cosmetics file it is the names of ingredients, in an academic file the titles and the names of institutions; in both, the task is not to find the right rendering but to know that the right rendering has already been settled. In texts of this kind the translator’s work is not to invent but to locate.
The documentary regime for cosmetic raw materials
When an essential oil or a cosmetic raw material is exported, the buyer asks for a file proving the identity and the safety of the product. That file holds a certificate of analysis, a safety data sheet, a declaration of allergen ingredients, a description of the production flow, organic or natural content certificates and a free sale certificate. In cosmetic products the ingredient names have to be written according to the international common naming system; those names are not translated but kept exactly as they stand.
Safety data sheets, for their part, use standardised hazard and precautionary statements. Their official counterparts in the target language are already fixed, and a free rendering is not accepted. On cosmetics files from Isparta these two headings are the first thing we check.
| Document | What it proves | Translation rule |
|---|---|---|
| Certificate of analysis | The composition values of the product | Numerical data carried across exactly |
| Safety data sheet | Risks in use and in carriage | Standard statements are used |
| Ingredient list | The contents of the product | Common naming is preserved |
| Free sale certificate | That it is sold freely in the country | Names of official bodies are preserved |
| Organic certificate | The production method | The body’s name and code are preserved |
| Plant health certificate | That the product is free of pests | Scientific names are preserved |
| Academic application file | Study and publication history | Titles and institution names are fixed |
The university town’s second stream
The academic population of the province generates a steady demand: transcripts and letters of reference for doctoral and research applications abroad, academic CVs, publication lists, project partnership documents and recognition files for the international students arriving here. These documents bear no resemblance at all to the cosmetics files; here it is not terminology but consistency in titles and institution names that decides the outcome.
Two languages, two different worlds
English dominates both streams: it is the international language of cosmetics and food exports just as it is the standard language of academic applications. German is asked for in sales aimed at the natural product and cosmetics market in Europe, and above all on labels and certificates of conformity. It can also be requested for product documents in fruit exports. The tariff in full is on the pricing page.
The separate file of fruit growing exports
Isparta’s apple and cherry production is subject to a documentary regime altogether different from that of cosmetic raw materials. Exports of fresh fruit call for plant health certificates, residue analysis reports, cold chain records and packaging information. What these documents have in common is a short life: like the produce itself, they are tied to the consignment and valid within a narrow window of time.
In plant health documents, carrying the species and variety names across correctly is what settles matters. Scientific names are kept as they stand, and commercial variety names are not translated either. “Adapting” a variety name into the target language can create the impression that goods other than those the buyer expected have turned up.
Cold chain records, meanwhile, hold temperature values and time stamps; these come in tabular form and are carried across exactly. The most common hitch in fruit exports is these records being sent in incomplete or illegible. Making sure they are complete and legible before the consignment leaves is the most important step ahead of translation.
The harvest and application calendar
Both streams of demand in Isparta are seasonal: the rose harvest and the academic application periods cluster in particular months. In both, preparing early pays off, because once the template for the recurring documents has been set up, only the fields that change need translating in the seasons that follow.
