The languages that stand out in Düzce
In the economy of Düzce it is the automotive supply industry, forest products and agriculture that stand out. That profile also shapes which languages and which types of document the translation requests from the province concentrate on.
The prices below are starting per-page rates on economy delivery; the tariff is the same for every language and does not change from one province to another.

Notarisation and apostille in Düzce
If we are handling the certification, you need not visit any office in Düzce at all. If you would still like to know where each step is completed:
Notarisation
The sworn translator's signature is certified by a notary. The fee is governed by the 2026 Notary Fee Tariff, is the same throughout Türkiye, and is a separate item from the agency's charge.
Apostille — administrative documents
For administrative documents such as civil registry extracts, diplomas and criminal record certificates, the apostille is issued by the Governor's Office of Düzce (or by district governor's offices in the districts).
Apostille — judicial documents
For judicial documents such as court judgments, the apostille is issued by the judicial justice commission in centres that have a serious crime court. Not every province has one; where it does not, the matter goes to the centre it is attached to.

Almost all the corporate work that comes from Düzce is part of a supply chain. A business working in automotive component manufacturing sells the part it produces to another manufacturer, and that manufacturer in turn answers to a customer of its own. The chain makes the documents part of a chain too: a form of words in one document can come back at you in an audit three tiers further up.
The files prepared for an audit
Demand for translation from component manufacturers usually builds ahead of a customer audit. Quality manuals, process flow charts, measurement and control plans and corrective action reports all arrive on that account. The problem we meet most often in these texts is the same process being referred to by a different name in different documents. We note these inconsistencies as we translate and report them separately to the client, because the auditor will notice the same thing.
Contract and order paperwork
The commercial face of a supply relationship needs translating too: framework agreements, order conditions, confidentiality agreements, warranty and liability clauses. Standardised as these clauses are in the automotive sector, every customer has additions of its own. The most critical point in texts of this kind is that the sentences setting the limits of liability are carried across without the slightest shift in meaning.
| Document | When it is asked for | Volume |
|---|---|---|
| Quality manual | Before an audit | High |
| Process and control plan | Bringing a new product on stream | Medium |
| Corrective action report | After a non-conformity | Low, urgent |
| Framework agreement | Start of a business relationship | Medium to high |
| Forest product documents | Export | Low |
Where German fits in industry
Because the connection with Germany runs deep in the automotive supply chain, German is frequently requested in the files that come from Düzce. English, as the common language of the chain, is present in almost every document; many businesses want the same document in both languages at once. Where that is so, running the two translations from a single pool of terms is an advantage in consistency and in cost alike. The list of languages and the rates are on the languages page.
Investment and partnership correspondence
In component manufacturing the road to growth usually runs through setting up a new line or entering into a partnership. The documents translated in those processes are wholly unlike the daily production papers: investment presentations, financial statements, documents setting out the structure of the company, letters of intent and preliminary agreements. The reader of these texts is not a technician but someone in a position to decide, and how readily the file can be understood has a direct bearing on the outcome.
In translating financial statements, the names of the line items have to be carried across with counterparts that belong to the language of accounting. A loose translation makes the statement impossible to read at the other end. The figures, for their part, are never reformatted under any circumstances; differences in decimal and thousands separators are flagged in a note rather than converted.
With letters of intent and preliminary agreements, the degree to which they bind is what matters. Which clause is an undertaking and which is merely a statement must remain clear in the translation. A text in which that distinction is lost creates a gap in expectations between the parties at a later stage; for that reason we hold a short scoping discussion before translating texts of this kind.
Investment processes also involve a technical review stage. As it assesses the production facility, its capacity and its quality infrastructure, the other side sends over a checklist of its own. Because the answers given to that list are technical and commercial at the same time, the translation has to get both of those languages right; engineering terms must be preserved while commercial undertakings are kept from becoming blurred.
The forest products side, meanwhile, is the province’s quiet but constant item. Exports of timber and wooden products bring grading information, measurement tables and sourcing documents to be translated. Overshadowed though they are by the automotive files, these jobs are spread evenly across the year and call for a terminology of their own.
On urgent files, distance is no obstacle
A non-conformity report usually has to be delivered within hours rather than days. Translation begins the moment a file sent from Düzce reaches us, and the electronically signed copy goes back the same day; where a wet-signed copy is needed, the courier completes that within one working day. We have no branch in Düzce. The distance between you and our office in Ankara causes no delay at all in this flow. You can send your file through the quote form.
